Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Petbobi! However, if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item, or you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact petbobi Customer Care, we can process your order as quickly as possible.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Petbobi takes great care to ensure we provide quality products that are packaged to reach you safely. Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. If you do receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours so we can arrange for a pickup and replacement of the item.

  • Please be prepared to provide your order number when you contact Customer Care
  • Do not dispose of broken or damaged items
  • Please save all packaging and boxes
  • If possible, please include pictures of the item and packaging when emailing Customer Care

 

What items can not be returned?

Please note that petbobi return does not apply to:

An item didn't fit

Didn't like the color/quality

Changed your mind

Ordered by mistake(please contact Customer Care to cancel it before shipment)

Bought it somewhere else etc.

 

Refunds

Please don’t worry, petbobi will arrange refunds sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. Customer Care will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
